The Safiya dress is influenced greatly by the hieroglyphic language with utmost importance on the key of life found in Egyptian culture. The technique used in the dress includes machine embroidery using silk threads, followed by intricate hand embroidery to highlight the plethora of motifs using glass beading and sequins, reflecting shades of silver and ivory. It also uses the fine technique of cutwork found in various crafts of Egypt.
