Naia means seafoam in Basque, and this lehenga is inspired by one of my dives in Exumas, Bahamas.The dive was shallow and the seabed is a beautiful ivory in color with conch shells making up much of the sand. When the rays of the sun pierced through the water and hit the bottom of the sand bed, I could see a beautiful tessellated geometric formation. The bits of shells in the sand reflected ombre pastel rainbow colors when the light hit them.
